How does online notarization work?

2. Check Your Inbox
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to join the notarization session—no apps or downloads required. You can join from a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Be sure to have your ID handy.
3. Verify Your ID and sign
Click the link in your email to join the live video session. Once we're connected, you'll verify your identity using a valid government-issued ID. I’ll guide you through the verification step if needed. After that, we’ll complete the signing and notarization together—right on the call.
4. Receive Your Notarized Document
Once complete, I’ll send you the finalized, notarized document by email—ready for immediate use.
